An internal audit team's control inventory is a large, dry spreadsheet that only a handful of people can navigate. The knowledge of which control covers duplicate payments lives in one auditor's head. AssureGrid's bet is that a conversational interface over the inventory turns institutional knowledge into a queryable asset.
The Result
Eliteware delivered an AI-powered GRC platform that turns institutional audit knowledge into a queryable asset:
- A control inventory with process IDs, risk statements and control domains, plus a "Chat with this Inventory" AI assistant that answers questions against it.
- Audit workspaces and documentation management.
- Admin panel spanning organisation overview, security setup, users and roles, directory and teams, notifications and integrations, and billing.
- SSO authentication via Google and Microsoft, with Admin, Member and Viewer roles.
- Enterprise security configuration including customer-managed keys and AES-256 encryption.
