The Opportunity
Every sweepstake is a regulated financial product with its own ticket ceiling, entry rules, draw date, charity commitment and legal paperwork. Managing that in spreadsheets invites the one category of error a licensed lottery cannot afford. KeyWish needed the compliance parameters to be first-class fields in the system, not afterthoughts in a document.
The Result
Eliteware delivered a sweepstakes management platform that makes compliance parameters first-class fields:
- Full sweepstake creation: name, tagline, date range, ticket amount, ticket limit, charity percentage, prize type and value, draw date, entry rules, donation partner, legal document, internal notes and prize imagery.
- A sweepstakes listing with lifecycle status — Draft, Active, Closed, Completed.
- Support for multiple prize classes (house, vehicle) with associated valuations.
- Entry tracking and donation-partner attribution per draw.
- Draft status so a draw can be fully configured and reviewed before it goes live.
