The Opportunity
A cross-border delivery fleet is a compliance problem disguised as a logistics problem. Every driver carries a passport, an Emirates ID, a driving licence and a visa, each with its own expiry. A single lapsed document grounds a driver and breaks a delivery contract. Neo needed expiry tracking to be structural, and needed to see earnings, expense and profit against driver and vehicle utilisation in one view.
The Result
Eliteware delivered a driver management platform that turns cross-border compliance into a monitored metric:
- Driver onboarding capturing passport, Emirates ID and two- and four-wheeler licence numbers with expiry dates and document uploads.
