Overview
Quasar Dynamics is a Dubai-based aviation aftermarket supplier of FAA-approved aircraft parts, spares, lubricants and ground support equipment, serving operators across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Eliteware built a website organised around the one thing that matters when an aircraft is grounded: speed of response.
The Opportunity
In aviation, an AOG — aircraft on ground — event costs an operator tens of thousands of dollars an hour. Quasar's proposition is 24/7 availability, exchange programmes and complete quality documentation. The website had to make that proposition legible in seconds, to a maintenance controller who is already under pressure.
The Result
Eliteware delivered a website organised around speed of response for a grounded-aircraft audience:
- Five product categories: airframes/engines & tooling; avionics & instruments; brakes, wheels & landing gear; rotables, tyres & windows; and consumables, lubricants & ground support equipment.
- An exchange-service section and a repairs capability list spanning avionics, nose landing gear, engine components, hydraulic systems and propeller overhaul.
- "24/7 AOG Support" surfaced as a primary message rather than a footnote.
- Vision, mission and quality-commitment trio establishing airworthiness credibility.
- A "Coming Soon / Notify Me" module for the parts portal in development.
