Windowmaker is a web-based ERP for a fenestration manufacturer, combining the sales pipeline with a visual window configurator. Sales teams track quotes through to orders, monitor conversion, and design windows to specification inside the same tool — with an AI assistant on hand.

The Opportunity
In fenestration, the quote is the product design. A salesperson who has to leave the CRM to configure a window, then re-enter dimensions and pricing by hand, will make errors and lose time on every deal. Windowmaker needed the configurator and the pipeline to be one system.
The Result
Eliteware delivered a web-based ERP that unifies the sales pipeline and the window configurator in one system:
- A sales dashboard tracking customers, quotes, orders, conversion rate, average quote-to-order duration and open actions.
- Quotes-by-owner and orders-by-owner charting, with an overdue actions table prioritised and aged.
- A visual window design tool: shape, width, height, system and design reference, rendering the unit as configured.
- Per-quote product cards binding a window configuration to a room, dimension and price.
